My husband's car was getting towed and I got there just as lefty was loading the vehicle. I had so many questions regarding the why/how and the steps I'd need to take to get the car back. He took his time answering all of my questions, and even reached out to his supervisor to see what my options were in order to get the car back as easily and quickly as possible. I highly recommend this company but ESPECIALLY lefty - he's patient kind and understanding of how bad it sucks getting your car towed. He's the best tow man I've ever had to deal with!

Had to have my special edition manual transmission 2023 Supra towed due to a sudden flat rear tire, with the car drivable but I had nowhere to go, so ended up pulling over in a terribly unsafe place barely off the 4-lane highway in a rural SW Virginia location. Fortunately, a very friendly Virginia State Trooper came to help, which was a true blessing, and then I was blessed again when Matt arrived with his flatbed. Matt clearly understands the importance of proper loading/towing of today’s modern vehicles, and he did a fantastic job of patiently figuring out the right way to handle my Supra. I’m so very thankful. Great job!

These guys hooked us up! We called five other local towing companies that all told us they didn’t have the proper equipment available to move my 4runner with a front tire and steering assembly removed. These guys made short work of it with some darn blocks of wood and they scoffed when I told them no one else knew how to do this. They were fast to get here on a non emergency call. The man on the phone was polite and helpful and dispatched the technicians promptly. These gentlemen were friendly and helpful and took time to answer our questions. They were polite and friendly with our daughter. We certainly have no reason to call anyone else ever again for any related service. Thanks again guys!

On (Thurs) 10/19/2023, I was taking my daughter to school after working all night at the hospital and bad luck struck us again! But, Hillbilly Towing saved the day and came immediately to pick my poor KIA up off the on-ramp to I-81 from SR-394. They deserved every bit of the tip they got that day!

Not only did those sweet, wonderful gentlemen come directly after called to pick my car up off the ramp and took it to my house, but then they also came immediately the next day to pick my car up  from my house and took it to the KIA dealership. Both men that came on both occasions were extremely pleasant, looked and acted professionally, and I WILL ABSOLUTELY CONTACT THEM for any future towing needs. 😍

I've had 2 flat tires & broke down 5 times in 7 years & hillbilly always came immediately.  Always funny & nice. Took extra care of my car even though it was older. Their prices are lower than everyone. What I like best about hillbilly Towing is they do community charity work for many years helping many people & they run their own cat rescue for many years. Hillbilly & his wife are some of the best people on this earth.

I just had a major accident. Hillbilly Towing was excellent. The 2 employees got out of their tow truck to give very good advice on what to do. They said welcome to Tennessee. Harold, the owner mailed my plates, cd's, house keys to my home in New York of which I said I would pay for. He wrote "Sorry for your crash" "no charge for the shipping" Just amazing. There still are still nice people in the world.

Matt and Jamie were excellent...we had a difficult situation with our vehicle... another towing service came to us first and they told us we had to call someone else...first off Matt was so funny he provided comedy right upon arrival...which we needed we were pretty stressed...then he got right on his phone and started looking for information to deal with our situation...he found what he needed to get the job done...they promptly loaded our vehicle and headed to the dealership...So if you need a towing service with friendly, knowledgeable staff that thinks outside the box to get the job done...Their your guys !

Hillybilly was contracted through AAA. Matt was SO helpful and knowledgeable it wasn't even funny. I wish I would have had his number to speak with him before this whole thing escalated into a towing situation (anti-theft system activated after battery change and then complete failure of vehicle/battery/etc)! Vehicle is going from SWVA (in the boonies) to Toyota in Kingsport, TN. I trust Matt to complete the drop-off at Toyota, saving me an additional couple of hours on the road. It was a Saturday early evening I had left the vet and my one dog had a horrible reaction to his shots. He was on my lap and started having convulsions. He was vomiting and I looked down for a second and hit a curb blue both tires



A good Samaritan showed up and called Harold he was there in 20 minutes in the rain and had me loaded up and towed to Hayworth tire wear he knew the owners. He charged me and incredibly low price when he could have charged me a lot! I am incredibly grateful and would highly recommend hillbilly towing services to anybody! I will definitely use them again if I am ever in a jam!!!
